SIZING

We offer sizing on most of our rings for free up to 3 sizes.

If the ring is an eternity band, has a continuous pattern, or if the ring has to change more than 3 sizes, please contact us so we can be sure sizing is possible.

Upon checkout, please make note of the size you need your ring to be, contact us before ordering.

If you need your ring sized, please allow a total 2-5 days processing before shipment. Please contact us before ordering if you need the ring by a certain date, and we will work with you to meet your needs.

SHIPPING

Most items will be shipped UPS Next day or Two Day , with tracking, signature, and insurance included.

Please allow a processing time of 2-5 days for all regular, non-custom items.

If you require your piece by a certain deadline, please contact and we will do our best to meet your needs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you receive an item and decide it's not what you had in mind, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days. The 10 day refund period begins the day you sign for the package.

All returned pieces must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.

We also offer a 30 day store credit exchange policy for any item in the store.

Items purchased through our layaway plan are eligible for store credit (exchange) only.
